Located at an altitude of 600 meters in the picturesque valley of Notre-Dame, near Valensole, our farm is much more than just a farm.
Rooted in family history and converted to organic farming since 2006, we practice innovative permaculture: no tillage, self-fertility thanks to maximizing permanent plant cover in our crops. We also try to include wildlife in our ecosystem by creating ponds, planting and preserving hedges, and installing nest boxes. We carry out careful naturalist monitoring of the evolution of living species in our ecosystem.

Thanks to their expertise and ecological commitment, Geneviève and Laurent offer extra virgin olive oil, authentic lavender, and cereals, all grown in harmony with their environment. The taste of nature, from a preserved terroir
