Delivery conditions - Oils
We do not have an online store. However, you can:

Make an appointment for a visit to the farm: we will be delighted to welcome you directly on site.

Order remotely: your package will be shipped according to the terms specified below.

During our exchange, we will give you all the useful information about our products.
In the case of a remote order, a second exchange will allow you to confirm the total amount, including the shipping costs calculated based on the total weight of your package (packaging included), according to the carrier rates in force indicated below:

Delivery conditions - Cereals
We deliver grain throughout the PACA region from Valensole (04210), subject to availability and by appointment only. Direct collection from the farm is also possible, by appointment.
Practical information:
Delivery rate: €1 excluding VAT/km from Valensole (20% VAT extra)
Minimum quantity: 500 kg
Maximum quantity: 1500 kg
Packaging in bags or big bags placed on pallets.
Type of vehicle used for delivery: Opel Movano
You must provide your own suitable unloading equipment (pallet truck, forklift or manual handling).

Payment
Payment for your order is made exclusively by bank transfer or check. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice and the bank details required for payment.
Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
We inform you that payment by credit card, cash or other methods is not possible during delivery.
